We have a well stocked technical library which regularly referenced by our technicians and engineers for important technical data, information and literatures.

 

C. TOOLS & EQUIPMENT: Laboratories & Workshops

i. LABORATORIES:

We have well equipped and highly sophisticated instrumentation & controls, electronics, physical and chemical science Laboratories which are used for the testing, analyzing, calibration and troubleshooting of our clients’ instruments and equipment. Our laboratories are also used to carry out research, experiments and product developments for our clients. Tests and analysis carried out for our clients are listed below:

1. Vibration, balancing, eccentricity, speed, acceleration, temperature and expansion analysis of rotary machineries such as turbines, compressors, pumps, motors & fans
2. Corrosion analysis and control of pipes, vessels, tanks, ships & boilers
3. Non destructive testing of instruments, equipment, machineries & plants
4. Calibration of safety and pressure relief valves
5. Calibration of flow, temperature, level and pressure measuring instruments
6. Calibration of electrical protection, metering and control systems
7. Testing of pneumatic, hydraulic and electric actuators
8. Testing and stroking of valves and valve positioners
9. Soil tests analysis
10. Boiler feed water test, analysis and treatment
11. Transformer Oil tests, analysis and treatment
12. Lubricating Oil tests, analysis and treatment

14. Combustible gases monitoring and detection

ii. WORKSHOPS:

We have workshops for welding, fabrication, repairs & maintenance. The welding & fabrication shops are used for production of parts for our clients’ for plants and machineries. For repairs & maintenance we have:

1. Mechanical workshop used for the servicing and repairs of our clients’ mechanical equipment such as valves, pumps, fans, engines, compressors, turbines, etc.
2. Electrical workshop used for the repairs and maintenance of  transformers, motors frequency changers, uninterruptible power supply units, speed drives, power amplifiers, transmitters, signal processing cards, battery chargers, welding machine etc.
3. Instrumentation & controls workshop used for the servicing, repairs and maintenance of process transmitters (flow, temperature, level, pressure), actuators & valve positioners, controllers, sensors, instrument control panels, voltage regulators, speed Governors, etc.
